We’re turning up the heat and getting ready to light the fires to fuel your long-weekend shenanigans this January! Our very first Hawker Night will see our chefs set up two outdoor grilling shops in our lantern-lit courtyard and cooking up some super tasty Asian style street food!
On the menu will be:
– Sweet and spicy BBQ chicken wing, Sriracha, spring onion and toasted sesame.
– Caramelised pork belly, cucumber, red shallots & chili vinegar.
– Lamb satay, lemongrass, ginger, toasted peanuts & fresh lime.
– Grilled carrot & radish cakes with fried carrot, chilli jam and kewpie mayo.
Resident mix master DJ Loz Newy will be bringing the vibes and spinning tracks in the beer garden from 6pm PLUS the bar will be mixing up $12 lychee mojitos and slinging $6 Hanoi Beers all night. Public holiday eves never tasted so good!
