Every Wednesday night at The National Hotel we’re crumbing in strong with a cracker katsu night! Forget your pub parma, shove the plain ol’ boring schnitzel to the side and make way for the golden and crispy deliciousness that is the bread-crumbed beauty, the Japanese style katsu dish.
Each week choose between three options including chicken, eggplant (v) and pork katsu, each served with an array of sides including slaw, pickles and Japanese rice. Sauce it up with your choice of Tonkatsu or Japanese curry condiments served on the side.
