Yes, it is mandatory to wear a mask indoors and when checking in to the venue. If you move to an outdoors area you can remove it while you are outside.
Our staff may ask you to remove your mask momentarily so we can confirm your ID or for the safe sale of alcohol.
All the staff are vaccinated. All patrons over 18 years of age will be asked to provide us with evidence of their vaccination to visit the venue.
We have dedicated Marshals keeping an eye on the cleanliness and sanitation, ventilation is being promoted through open doors and windows, and physical distancing is being encouraged.

Yes, we are required by the Public Health Orders to ask you to check in using the Vic Services app, if you don’t have a phone we can take down your details manually.

Yes, via the entrance on Victoria Street. We also have a fully accessible bathroom in the beergarden.
Under 18s are welcome in the venue during kitchen hours. On Friday & Saturday nights this is 10pm at the latest.

There is street parking along Victoria St and surrounding side streets, although be sure to check the signs for permit zones or clearways.
Trams routes that take you here directly are the 109 Box Hill tram, the 24 North Balwyn tram and the 78 Chapel street tram. The nearest train station, North Richmond, is a 12 minute walk away.
If you’re on a tight schedule then you’re welcome to pre-order your meal. For large groups, we require at least 2 hours notice either over the phone or via email and are unable to split bills.
