On the menu:
Leg of lamb or chicken thigh – marinated with lemon myrtle, oregano, mountain pepper & garlic.
Served in a floured herb roll with caramelised red cabbage, shaved onions, fresh mint & garlic sauce—plus an optional hit of house-made chilli sauce.
